Bus number : MH09G8136. The Vaibhav Travels bus arrived at Kalwa on time at 10:50 PM. Later, it was standing under the Sanpada Bridge at 11:45 PM. The pickup staff on the bus was communicating properly with the passengers. I asked him how long the bus would stop there. He told me it would stop for only 5 minutes. However, the bus remained at the Sanpada pickup point until 12:30 AM and left only after filling the seats. It was stopped there for about 45 minutes just to pick up more passengers. After that, the bus stopped again at 1:45 AM for a washroom break. Even after all this, I got down at my destination at 7:30 AM. It is not appropriate to keep the bus waiting for such a long time merely to fill seats. If any passenger is late by 5–10 minutes, will the bus wait for them for such a long period? Regardless of which bus service it is, the rules should be the same for everyone. Had the bus not been delayed by those 45 minutes, it could have reached the destination much earlier in the morning. Please look into this matter.

Delayed by 50 mins. There was no attendant. Only driver was performing all the tasks, resulting in no clear control on anything. Vehicle was not maintained well. Breakdown caused a severe time loss and staff had no obligation for this. Staff was giving multiple baseless reasons for all the mishappening.
