No blanket, bus was late by 1.5 hr, didn't even get live tracking.

Overall service is ok but they have some black colour sheet on the window, unable to see anything outside the window, and they don't have any rest stop in the morning which causes problems. At least they need to stop in the early morning for 5 min.

Very bad experience. No clean bedsheets, no clean blanket, cabin feeling like toilet. so much dust.
