V k jain travels Bus Booking

Extremely poor and disappointing experience. The amenities shown in the advertisement were not provided during the journey. No blankets were provided; the sleeper and reading lights did not work, and the windows were faulty and opened on their own. I was travelling with a small child and specifically needed proper lighting at night, but even the basic lights were not functional. To make matters worse, our pre-booked seat had already been occupied by other passengers, who had left it dirty after eating food. We also noticed several passengers travelling without tickets, being accommodated during the journey on seats that were already booked by other passengers. This reflects extremely poor management and lack of cleanliness. The actual service was nowhere near what was advertised. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Passengers pay for a proper service and deserve the amenities and seats they have booked. The company seriously needs to improve its management, maintenance, and passenger handling.

Seat are not hygienic and not anything good in bus.

Very horrible experience. The bus was one hour late and the pickup point was Adalaj. There was no sitting space. My seat was in the last cabin and there was no way to go because the gallery was packed with passengers. Very worst position, much bad. No curtain in my seat. I think single ladies can't take seats in those positions. I will never journey in future by this travel. I had no option to cancel my ticket; otherwise, I would have cancelled it. Please take action against these travel agencies and remove them from your app; otherwise, the public will stop trusting you.

Today's journey was completely ruined, easily the worst travel experience I've had so far. The bus was very untidy and heavily overcrowded, with people even sleeping on the floor. On top of that, other passengers were using their phones on high volume, making it impossible to get any sleep. Overall, it was a terrible trip.

Terrible bus service. Also, bus is so much dirty and no cleanliness at all. Delayed by 2 hr from Jodhpur only as bus driver stopped at Kalvi Pyau for more passengers. Also, they allowed bidi in their buses. Bus driving is also terrible.

Bus seats are dirty and there is no cleanliness at all. Zero comfort. AC cooling is also very low. Bus condition is very poor. It feels like a sleeper bus and it was fully loaded with parcel luggage kept in the main passage. Passengers were not able to walk because of that luggage.

Privacy.

Cancellation and bus section policy very bad.
