Very bad Upasana bus. Staff not good behaviour. Midnight at 2 am we asked them for a water bottle but they ignored. Upasana bus staff are not good.

It was a great experience. Moreover, I heartily thank the owner who thinks about the passenger comfort and installed such a comfortable seat cum sofa. Even staff are very friendly and well behaved. Thanks once again and wish to grow more and give such a great travel experience. Thanks team.

Very bad experience. I have already told the bus conductor about the pickup location but he refused and did not stop at that location which I told him. This is such a bad experience. Also, he stopped at Khanapara for almost 1 hour and did not even stop for 5 minutes at my location.
