Frequent stopping for picking up extra passengers. Stopped at Nagaon for more than 20 minutes just to bring in extra passengers and at the same time not letting the current passengers go to the washroom, especially that small kid as a conductor. This bus is in the hands of completely unprofessional people. No wonder it had very low ratings.

Bus is totally unhygienic and AC switch does not work. After all, totally unhappy.

Ac vents are damaged. Overall is okay. Bus staff behaviour was too good.

Fooding at night where they stop. It is the worst fooding. Not able to eat food.

Feedback for Upasana Travels Overall, the journey was quite good. I especially appreciated the punctuality and staff behavior. The staff were polite, courteous, and cooperative. However, there are a few areas where improvement would be appreciated: • Seat comfort could be improved. • There was not enough legroom to stretch the legs and sit comfortably. • The AC cooling was also not up to the expected level. I hope Upasana Travels will consider the comfort and convenience of its passengers and introduce new 2 1 Sleeper Cum Semi-Sleeper buses in the future. Adding such modern and comfortable buses to the fleet would surely help attract more passengers. Overall, my travel experience was good, and I look forward to an even better service from Upasana Travels in the future. Thank you, Upasana Travels!
