First of all, it's not a luxury or special but it can provide you with comfort for a relaxing journey. It's just a local bus which has only AC and nothing else. 1. Staff behaviour is very bad. 2. No WiFi available. 3. No water bottle provided. 4. No blanket provided. 5. The bus stops at every local stop. 6. Inside the bus, there are too many people; where seats are vacant, there are four or five people on just one seat. 7. The bus smells very bad. 8. Bus seats and interior are not cleaned. 9. The bus is delayed by more than one to two hours.

Overall, it was a good experience. The service was smooth and convenient. However, one thing that could be improved is the packaging of the snacks provided during the journey. Better and more secure packaging would make the experience even better.

The bus conductor boarded local passengers (many of whom were drunk) and converted the bus into a local bus. When asked about the no alcohol policy, he simply replied that people can drink and board the bus if they do not cause nuisance. Very bad experience.

Bus was late and couldn't reach on time. Being a medical person, it was a very bad experience.
