Experienced driver, staff are good and well behaved. I enjoyed their cabin ride. I recommend highly Pratima bus service as they maintain timings, as I reached Siliguri on time.

It will be more comfortable especially for women if they stop the bus for washroom within a proper time gap. Others are all ok.

Sleeper seat got no head room at all. There were 2 AC vents in sleepers. One is closable, the other was not. I froze all the way to Siliguri. Driving was terrible with frequent accelerations and decelerations.

I could feel each pothole and bumper. Driving, punctuality, staff behavior, cleanliness, and everything about this bus was 5 star except the comfort.
