there was no longues area but they mentioned in but details in amenities section and staff/conductor was roaming without shirt in bus even there was ladies and family members. this bus is not for family travel. please stay safe.

Bus number not shared, live tracking missing and number provided of bus coordinator was not present in the bus. Due to this, panic-like situation at the bus stop as bus was late 15 min.

A/C cooling wasn't turned on until we crossed Ghaziabad. Similarly, it was turned off the moment the bus entered the outer limits of Haldwani.
