I felt a lot of itchiness while sleeping as if there were bed bugs on the bus. Plus, unlike other buses, the bus conductor did not help with the luggage.

We booked a bus from kollur to kalady. The bus was supposed to depart at 4:30 pm, but the booked bus was not available, and we were arranged in a different bus at 5:00 pm instead, causing a huge delay and inconvenience. We had to get down at angamaly, and although they promised to arrange another vehicle, that bus was also scheduled much later. Since we were travelling with a small child, waiting for such a long time was extremely difficult. We eventually had to arrange our own vehicle to continue the journey. We had booked seats xx and xx, but we were given seat xx and xx instead. The entire journey was stressful due to the bus change, seat issues, delays, and poor arrangements. Overall, this was a very bad experience. The service was unreliable, and the arrangements caused unnecessary stress, especially while travelling with a child. I would not recommend this service unless these issues are properly addressed.

Driver was so rude and mean. He keeps disrupting our sleep by asking what's my seat number. It kept repeating 3, 4 times. Driver was reckless in driving. I can't sleep properly due to the sudden brakes and uneven driving. He is rude to everyone. Hygiene is also poor in this bus. Dirty pillow and blanket. There is no power supply in the bus and I asked them; they say it's gone for days. No charging, no light. AC is itchy. No live tracking is available and not punctual.
