We reached at Tulshi office but the bus was delayed because the AC was not working. The staff did not inform about the bus delay, and their behavior and responses were very poor. We will not travel with Tulshi Travel bus anymore.

They changed the bus at Ahmedabad without any reason, and so the bus was delayed by 1 hour. On inquiry about this, the onboard staff shouted and misbehaved with passengers. Very terrible service.

They forced to change the bus just after the departure from the source within 10 km. Bone chilling AC was there, I wasn't able to sit in my sleeper coach, despite repeated requests he didn't slow down the AC. I suffered from chills, fever, rigors. Seats were dirty, too.
