The seat felt like a wooden bench. It reached an hour late, and it was not clean with irregular airflow from the AC. My battery discharged mid way but none of the power points were working. Upon confronting, the staff refused to help. They said they switched it on, and if it's not working, it's not their responsibility. I even asked them to plug my phone in the driver's cabin but was denied. Very poor staff.
