I had a very disappointing experience with my journey on 28th September. The bus was almost 3 hours late, with no proper updates despite repeatedly asking for the expected arrival time. The charging points were also not working, and the staff were unhelpful and argumentative instead of addressing our concerns. I requested the management to kindly look into this issue.
