Tranzking Travels Bus Booking

Staff showed very rude behaviour and bedsheets were stinky and had not been washed for a long time.

Very horrible journey.

The bus arrived at destination late and that's the only bad thing. Rest everything is great.

The bus was on time at the boarding point. The bus was neat and clean, but its overall maintenance was not that great. It looked quite aged despite being only around two years old. Honestly, it did not look like a two-year-old bus at all. The live tracking feature was not working. The bus had a Tata engine, and since I booked the first berth, the engine noise was clearly audible inside the cabin. It felt like travelling in a diesel locomotive on the road, making the journey feel more like a train ride than a bus journey. If you enjoy engine sounds, you might like booking the front berths; otherwise, I would recommend choosing the back berths. The curtains were too short and did not close properly, making them almost useless, and they had some visible stains. The AC was working well. The berth had both a 2-pin power socket and a USB Type-A port, and both were working fine. The berth felt a bit narrow. They provided a neat and clean blanket, but the pillow was very soft and did not provide adequate head support. The night rest stop was good and had all the basic facilities. The early morning rest stop was not that great, but it was manageable. The cabin crew were friendly. The bus finally reached the destination 1 hour and 24 minutes late.

My drop time is 7:30 am at Tenkasi but the bus dropped me at 11:30 (just 4 hrs delay). You can experience a pleasant suffocation without AC after a couple of hours and they will open the main door for fresh air. Back seat people you up. And staff behaviour: no words, simply waste and rude. I am the user who really don’t care about one hour or one and a half hour delay, but this time it is a completely different experience because 4 hours delay and without AC was really a great experience and I’m so happy that this will be my first and last time I travelled in this bus. Total travel time 16 hrs.

Worst experience I have ever had. Bus was 2 hours late and inside the bus, smell was so bad like an uncleaned toilet. I don't know why it smells like that. Overall experience in this bus is terrible.

Water leakage from AC vent. So after informing the driver, they gave another seat which is not booked. What will we do if all seats are booked?

Excellent service. Staff were very cordial. Bus was very neat and clean. Good service at affordable cost.
