Bus is always delayed. We booked 10 days ago and it was cancelled without any reason.

there is no pickup van service from majestic, which is the major well known easily acessible point for many travellers, due to which we felt very difficult to reach bus other boarding points which are far away, i request arrange pickup from majestic

Worst experience. AC is full of dust. After travelling in this bus, next day definitely you will have health issues like cold cough and improper pickup and drop.

The journey was quite disappointing. The crew lacked awareness of pickup and drop locations, and the bus arrived three hours late. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

You want feedback for what? I was stranded on a highway in the middle of the night from 11:30 pm to 2:50 am. Take this feedback: the trip made a solo female traveller stand on the road for three hours without giving her any solution for her issue. Then the driver made her sit in some random bus where I had to share the seat with someone else. Then they dropped me at Hebbal. I booked the ticket from Hyderabad to Mysuru.
