I booked this bus because of its timings, it was supposed to reach Delhi by 9-9:30 AM but it's 10:30 and still not reached.

The bus was comfortable but the given blankets reeked of socks and the AC was extreme. Hygiene was good and they were handing out polythene for any wrappers so that was good. They should work on the quality of their blankets and pillows.

Delhi calling staff was very rude and had a bad attitude. Please train them well.

The bus journey was pretty much comfortable and the staff are well trained and very cooperative but my main problem is with the rest stop. The hygiene was very bad and the meal is not recommended.

Everything is good. But for rest stoppage is not good. My advice is please change locations for rest stoppage.
