Very poor service and terrible bus quality. There was no clean blanket, no drinking water, and the bus was extremely noisy. The AC was barely working and felt like ordinary fan air. The bus was making such horrible noises that I couldn’t sleep the entire night. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. The service and maintenance are absolutely disappointing. Bus delayed for 3 hours to reach.
