1. Changed boarding point at last moment which was 7 km away from present boarding point. 2. Changed my seat to another person whose AC point was broken. 3. Staff behaviour not adequate. We are regular customers but he treated us like one-time customers.

Total worst service. I booked this bus twice but it has no fixed location. It drops passengers from Surat to Bikaner and when booked from Sardarshahar, it says it will come to Dungargarh. Totally worst.

The bus staff displayed rude and discourteous behaviour towards passengers, using harsh language even for simple queries. The conductor was found overcharging passengers and not issuing proper tickets, amounting to financial irregularity. The driver was observed using a mobile phone while driving and engaging in rash driving, compromising passenger safety. Overall, the staff showed complete indifference to passenger grievances and failed to maintain basic standards of conduct and professionalism

Bus is two and a half hours late from their scheduled time. Even after that, tyre got punctured before my destination, so I left the bus at that place and took a lift from another vehicle to reach my destination. Time schedule is worst, it ruined all my plans for the weekend.
