Pickup point was not clear to driver. Bus was very delayed. Reported 6.30 pm instead of scheduled time of 5 pm. Driver's behaviour was very rough while discussing pickup point. Bus was very dirty. Seat was not comfortable. Bus stopped for dinner at a very dirty dhaba.

Very pathetic service. The bus was not even on time. As the driver promised, he would take us from samruddi mahamargh, but he didn’t. He just took us in between Nasik for a spin. Some passengers were left out somewhere. He stopped for them for about 45 minutes and was not listening.

It was worst experience. No cleanliness and hygiene maintained. Cockroaches were roaming on the seat. AC duct was falling again and again. Bad odour was coming all the way throughout the journey.
