The bus service lacks punctuality. We were also told to change bus before 70 kms while travelling to Puri. The bus we had to board then was a local bus, non sleeper, halted a lot and exhausted us. This is really not recommended and I would avoid this service, as I couldn't go through this nightmare again.

Refused to drop at Muzaffarpur and reached Patna at 11:30 am. I had taken the ticket from Bhubaneswar to Muzaffarpur and was dropped only at Patna. After that, we needed to travel again by local transport. Very bad first experience. I have a return ticket and need to cancel it. Suggest to all please ignore this service.

Dear staff team, I booked a bus ticket from Ranchi to Puri for 16 October 2026. During the journey, the bus was stopped midway, and passengers were told to travel by another bus on their own. This was unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience and safety concerns. Since the bus service failed to provide the promised journey, I request a full refund of my ticket fare. Please process my refund immediately and confirm the refund status by email. If this issue was not resolved promptly, I would escalate the complaint to the booking platform and the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. Regards, passenger Ranchi to Puri.
