I only found out after boarding this bus that it takes 14 hours to reach Nagercoil.

I was not even picked up. They drove past me in heavy rain at midnight. Phone was not available or on mute when picked up.

Driver didn't pick the call and the bus was one and a half hour late. At least he should have picked the call and told us the bus would be late, but he didn't. If he had done that, I could have waited in a safer place because it was raining heavily with thunderstorms. It was very terrible.

The proposed drop-off time was 8:40 AM, but the bus has still not arrived at the dropping point. Google Maps shows that the bus will take another 30 minutes to reach the location, making the total delay around 3 hours and 30 minutes. Is this fair? You decide.
