Great.

Excessive delay caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans. Due to the delay, I decided not to travel on the bus and did not use the service.

The bus nearly reached my arrival point more than 2 hours late

Was raining heavily outside and so was inside too. Water kept draining down to my sleeper bed whenever it rained. It was like an open roof safari. Wasted the money by seeing the rating and availability. Driving, they made it throughout though, but if the bus was maintained for these leaks and unopenable windows, it could have been better.

Worst journey, leakage was there and moreover they will not drop you on time. My bus was delayed three hours.

The bus arrived at the pickup point almost on time, with a delay of just 10 minutes. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the entire journey. No water bottles or blankets were provided, water was dripping onto the seats, and the AC cooling was inadequate. Although the bus appeared clean at first glance, the seats had a terrible smell, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bus reached its final destination, Thampanoor, at 9:00 AM, almost 2 hours and 30 minutes behind schedule. The most shocking and disturbing incident occurred around 1:00–2:00 AM. The bus staff allegedly dragged a passenger along the floor and threw him off the bus in the middle of the journey, claiming that he was under the influence of alcohol. If the passenger was intoxicated, why was he allowed to board the bus in the first place? Moreover, as far as I observed, he had not even made any noise inside the bus. Regardless of the circumstances, forcibly removing a passenger in an unfamiliar location in the middle of the night raises serious concerns about passenger safety, staff conduct, and basic human rights. What if something had happened to that person after he was left stranded at such an hour? Who would have taken responsibility? This behaviour is completely unacceptable and cannot be justified under any circumstances without a proper investigation. Passengers pay for a safe and comfortable journey, not to be subjected to such poor service and disturbing incidents. I strongly urge the bus operator to investigate this incident, review the conduct of the staff involved, and take appropriate corrective action. Passenger safety, dignity, and basic human decency must never be compromised.

Horrible, initially they didn't mention anywhere that the bus didn't go inside the city. After boarding, none of the staff mentioned it either. Early morning, the driver asked me to switch to another bus as this would not go inside the city as it would be late for them.
