Very disappointing journey from Chennai to Palani. The bus was shown as reaching Palani at 5:10 am, but it actually reached only around 10:00 am, which is almost a 5-hour delay. This caused a lot of inconvenience and completely disturbed my travel plans. Also, the charging port was not working. Worst experience.

Due to rain, it was leaking slightly. I raised the concern, they exchanged the seat but still it has to be fixed. If the bus was full, then it wouldn't have happened. Rest stop was very poor.
