Book this bus only if it is the last option. The bus was a lot unhygienic, the rest stop was the worst, with filthy food and hygiene, plus the rude staff behavior when asking why the bus was stopping for long at a spot it was not supposed to be. The staff asked if I was drunk.

everything is good but the seat too dirty

Very poor service and hygiene standards. I found a cockroach on the seat, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. The washroom was also kept closed for most of the journey, making it difficult for passengers to use it when required. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene were not properly maintained. Very disappointing experience with the travel service. The management should take immediate action to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and passenger facilities.

Good service.

They don't allow gents to use the toilet. I booked this bus only because of the toilet facility. Please change your booking window in the toilet section. You should clearly mention ladies only so that gents will not book.

Inside bus there were cockroaches around my seat and others too, due to old AC maybe, the smell inside bus was not welcoming and most important there was not a single perfume in bus with bus operator very bad.
