One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had with Abha Bus. At around 4:15 AM, I was travelling with my wife and expected to be dropped at the designated dropping point . Instead, the bus staff irresponsibly dropped us on a highway flyover in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely no concern for our safety or convenience. There were no autos or cabs available at that location. We had to walk nearly 1 km with heavy luggage just to reach a place where we could find transportation. We were fortunate enough to find an auto by pure luck—otherwise, we could have been stranded there for who knows how long. This is completely unacceptable, especially when passengers include families and women. Dropping passengers at an unsafe, isolated location instead of the designated stop is highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety. I am extremely disappointed with this pathetic service. I will never travel with Abha Bus again and strongly advise others to avoid this bus service unless they are prepared to be left stranded in the middle of nowhere.
