The rest stop locations are not suitable because there are no good hotels or dhabas with proper and clean washroom facilities for female passengers. This creates difficulties for women during the journey.

Worst experience. There's nothing premium about this bus. It's worse than a normal bus. They didn't even give water bottles to us. They were sending vendors for that, we had to pay them for water. They did not even give blankets when I asked, they said it's not available. Also, bus stop hygiene was very bad. And for dropping till Nagpur, they didn't even leave till Gitanjali Talkies, which was the official stop. Left at Kamptee Road itself before Automotive Square. If you want peace, don't book this bus.

At the time of ticket booking, it was mentioned that during the travel we provide water bottle, blanket, and bedsheet, but there is no facility mentioned in the ticket. I suggest if there is no facility provided during travel in the bus, then it should not be mentioned in the ticket. Another thing, your bus stops at those dhabas where veg and non-veg both food are available, but if the passenger is vegetarian, what can he do? There are no toilet facilities provided in the bus.

Bad smell coming from blanket. No toilet facilities in bus, but journey is comfortable and punctual of time.
