Timing mentioned in the app is 12:30 am and bus driver was very rude when we arrived at 12:10 am. Also the pillar number mentioned at pick up point is wrong.

This travel agent dropped us off at Ringas. Our ticket was till Khatshyam. We had a lot of trouble going further. You should take appropriate action or refund us some of the ticket amount.

So ma'am I just booked the service for my first journey from your traveler. You initially put the time limit as 10:50, then it was changed to 11:50, and the bus arrived at 1:30. That is why I am rating you, and now I have published the rating so that no one travels with your bus because of your unnecessary timing. It was my first experience with your bus. It was not booked for me; it was booked for my father who is elderly, so they waited for the bus for 100 minutes. My father said that the bus was shaking left and right, and as he is old, he has spine pain, and we are currently treating him because of your bus service. Also, you did not provide water facilities. When a person pays for a ticket, you should provide proper facilities. Goodbye, and I pray to God that your traveller shuts down as soon as possible. This is a sincere wish from my heart.
