Please do not travel in this bus. It is the most terrible bus on this route. They will force you to change bus in Ranchi, and if you do not agree, they will leave you in Ranchi. Staff behaviour is also very rude. I have experienced the worst travelling with this bus.

They changed bus twice in one journey once in Koderma and then in Ranchi. The seats are not spacious enough for long journey. It was far behind its scheduled arrival at Jamshedpur.

This was one of the worst bus services. First, they were late, and the seats were unhygienic. I had booked the lower seats for both my parents as my father has medical conditions, and they are senior citizens. The worst part was it dropped them in the middle of the road and asked them to board another bus, in which for the first 15 minutes there were no seats. I would absolutely not recommend this bus.

I have booked lower sleeper, but they changed it to upper at back without asking or informing me. Even I had to sit on a seat for half of the journey as they changed the bus several times. Also, I had to wait at bus stops for around 100 minutes at midnight. It was a very bad experience I ever had. When I said I would complain about it, they said Jo karna hai karo, kuch fark nahi parta .

Worst Bus Service Ever! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bus service. In the middle of my journey, I was transferred from one bus to another without proper arrangements. To make matters worse, I had to travel the entire remaining journey standing in the second bus, despite having booked a Double Sleeper ticket. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I paid for a comfortable sleeper journey, not to travel standing like this. After such a terrible experience, I would never choose this bus service again in my entire life, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The bus travel experience was good overall. However, the restaurant where the bus stopped was not good at all. The prices were quite high, but the food was not tasty and did not seem worth the price. Because of this, I would like to give a slightly lower rating. Apart from the restaurant experience, the overall journey was okay.
