Bus Breakdown and it got 6 hours late and I could not cancel the ticket when I tried to cancel the ticket. No update was provided to me and I have to follow live tracking.

They changed the bus. I booked sleeper, but they gave me semi sleeper because the sleeper bus was broken.

"I am very disappointed with my journey. I booked an AC bus, but the air conditioning was turned off halfway through the trip, causing extreme discomfort. I suffered a lot due to the heat and lack of ventilation, so I kindly request a refund or compensation for this inconvenience. Please ensure this doesn't happen to other passengers

Baggage damaged. As I am a frequent traveller on this particular bus, I am very disappointed with the new staff and the way they handle the baggage. These months I have not faced any issues as such with the same bus operator.
