Proper maintenance like glass cleaning, windows opening, etc. The main disappointment of this trip was the route bus which was allocated to me did not come to the stop (Vidhyanagar Maharaja canteen, Jindal) and they went off. We had to come by another bus with great trouble to catch at Sandur.

First bad travel experience. I booked a ticket in a travel service which was decent in my previous experience. It was a surprise to see another vehicle arrived to pick up. The L1 seat had an extremely bad odor, a dead rotten rat smell in the seat. There was no glass door between the driver cabin and passenger sleeping place. High sound of the engine made me not sleep the whole night. There was a reckless answer from the driver. I wanted a complete refund for the bad experience. This was not acceptable for a customer.

They did not even pick me up, I did not board the bus one of very worst bus travels. The problem was not with the but staff they were not even putting effort to call the passenger if my number was not reachable then WhatsApp call could have been done but no initiative was given. I really wanted to take serious action against staff, I would stop booking from if this issue continued.

My stop was in Halsuru but the driver stopped the bus in Majestic and said this was the last stop. I was not informed of this before my travel started nor in the middle of the journey. I asked the driver, my last stop was in Halsuru and without any intimation you are saying Majestic is the last stop and he didn't reply a single word.

Bus started very late. Could have started early so that bus wouldn't have stuck in traffic. The bus tracking link was not opening.
