The seating is so uncomfortable with no proper set, like no charging ports at seating seats, and water bottles are not provided. Handles are not proper. But driving is good with good speed. The bus condition is not satisfying.

The pickup van was delayed and the conductor was too rude. The bus ambience is also okay, not very hygienic.

No proper receiving. No place for luggage bag itself. Very less hygiene. No power for mobile charging. Delayed travel. No treatment for the customer, the luggage is carried along with customer into the bus and customer himself placed somewhere in the back of the bus.

There is a 4 above rating on this bus while booking, but the bus is not suitable for that. Totally old bus, no charging points, and no comfort.
