Dear customer support team, I wanted to file a formal complaint against the staff for humiliating and disrespecting me during my sleeper bus journey from Gurugram to Sirsa. During the journey, I politely asked the staff about the washroom facility. Instead of answering my simple question respectfully, the staff replied in a humiliating and disrespectful manner. I felt insulted by this behaviour. As a paying passenger, I deserved basic courtesy, dignity and respectful treatment from the bus staff. I requested to investigate this incident, forwarded my complaint to the bus operator, and took appropriate action against the responsible staff member. Please provided a complaint reference number and informed me of the action taken. I expected a serious response to this complaint. Regards, passenger Gurugram to Sirsa.

Everything is good except the unavailability of a rest stop. Since the buses have started having toilets, there is no rest stop during the journey. The toilet in the bus is really small and unhygienic to use, especially for girls. There was an aged lady who wanted to use the toilet in the bus, but as the bus kept moving, she was very hesitant to go. A 10-minute stop would not cause any harm to the journey as it was there previously. I sincerely request the travels to please have a rest stop. The bus toilet could be used in an emergency.

I was sleeping on first seat but the cabin door was open the whole night and the driver-helper gossiped. They kept closing and opening the door every few minutes. Horrible experience.

Excellent sleeper bus experience. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The sleeper berth was spacious, the journey was smooth, and the staff was polite. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free trip. Highly recommended.
