First of all I booked a ticket from Padel to Mumbai, but the bus was exchanged. Although the bus was good, we waited early for dinner and that was only for 10 minutes. This was not acceptable. We had to have dinner afterward in the running bus. We could not wash our hands properly. I was very disappointed.

The bus was scheduled at 4:30 PM, but they called and asked us to come early at 2.30 PM. The bus came at around 3.40. The bus seemed to be an extra service for Ganpati and was not in great shape. The seats had stains. No lights in the cabin or proper barriers on the side. The good parts were that the bus reached early, the staff was cooperative, and they stopped at less crowded places for snacks and lunch.
