Waste of money. Unnecessarily Red Bus app showed 4.6 rating and it looks fake. Bus was old aged and driver not even slowing down at potholes and speed breakers. Overall worst journey ever had

Drop location is Bidaragodu but the driver is unaware of the drop location and asked us to get down in Begaru which is 2 km away from my drop location.

The bus failed to stop at my designated drop point. The driver refused to halt, stating that as I was the only passenger remaining, he intended to proceed via a shorter route to the depot. Furthermore, the driver's behaviour was unprofessional.
