Excellent experience! My journey was really comfortable and well-managed. The pickup was on time, the staff was polite and helpful and the bus cleanliness was well maintained throughout. The rest stops were also clean and well-timed. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend and would love to travel again.

I travelled from Akola to Pune yesterday and had a very uncomfortable experience. The two men seated beside me kept talking continuously, playing phone calls on speaker, and using deodorant inside the bus. Despite my two complaints and two warnings from the bus captain, their behavior continued. The situation caused me significant discomfort. Although my seat was changed, the disturbance persisted. I request the management to take this complaint seriously and implement appropriate measures to ensure passenger comfort and a respectful travel environment.
