Conductor was so rude and arrogant with the my wife who travelled with kids. He was scolding and threatening her throughout the journey using harsh words. Made the journey unsafe and terrible. He claims that he called us multiple times before the arrival. But none of the calls reached us. That is not our problem. We were checking the bus location on the app and we were on the bus stop well before bus arrived. But he still scold us saying we didn't pick up calls. Used harsh words even after explaining that we didn't receive any calls. He shouted at her and behaved so rude throughout the journey. This is a serious concern for women travelling alone in this bus.
