My bus ticket was booked up to Dharangaon, but you cancelled that bus and provided a new one that was already 60 minutes late. I was informed that the bus would arrive at 11:30, but it was delayed even further. To make matters worse, the bus was almost 3 hours late and, instead of dropping me at Dharangaon as per my ticket, it dropped me at Erandol. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a ticket to Dharangaon, not Erandol. I did not pay for this inconvenience or for being dropped at a different destination. I want a refund for the difference between the fare I paid for Dharangaon and the journey actually provided to Erandol. Please process my refund as soon as possible. I expect a proper resolution to this issue.

Bus was late on boarding point bus staff behavior was so disrespectful. When I asked the bus staff why it was so late, he replied that the bus was always late daily and asked if I was booking for the first time and told me to complain wherever I booked it.

The bus arriving time for my stop was 11:30 pm. The bus arrived at 1:00 am, 1.5 hours late. There was only one driver and it was horrible. The destination reach time was shown as 8:00 am. While writing this feedback, it is 10:25 and I am still on the bus. I might reach my destination after 11:00 am, 3 hours late. As the bus does not have a tracker, they post that the bus had reached the destination, and in the app the trip is shown as completed. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this to anyone.

bus is around 45min late to reach pickup point.. and also bus was 1.30 hrs delayed.. no ac blower working
