The ride was good but they were picking up a lot of passengers from the roadside. Like in the cabin itself, there were almost 10 people sitting. Inside the aisle seating, there were also other passengers who didn't get any seat but were standing and travelling. Also, with all seats booked and no seat left, they were still going through the towns instead of taking the bypass.

My arriving time is 2:40 but I arrived at 3:40. It is a very much waste of time. To arrive at my place usually it takes only 6 hours 30 minutes but today it took 8 hours so you can imagine how frustrating it is. Midway through my trip I realised why the rating of the bus is so bad. Only one of the conductor uncles is so good. That's why I am giving it bad in rating, otherwise I would have given it a terrible rating.

Some of the bus seats cannot recline, while others cannot be adjusted back to the straight/upright position. There is also a lot of rattling noise coming from the bus while it is moving. Please check and fix the seat mechanisms and the rattling noise.
