Dear Support team, I am writing to report a horrifying and completely unacceptable experience regarding my journey last night, booked through your platform. The driver and conductor refused to drop me at my selected drop-off location. Instead, they forced me off the bus 100 km before my actual destination. To make matters worse, they shifted me to an alternative bus that was extremely dirty, unhygienic, and unsafe. As an aggregator, must hold its partners accountable. I selected a specific drop point for my safety and convenience, and the operator completely violated the terms of service. I request an immediate full refund for this booking and strict action against Swami Travels. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this to the Consumer Forum.

My trolley bag was damaged while it was kept in the lower luggage compartment of the bus. The bag was in good condition before the journey, but after reaching my destination, I noticed that the front side of the trolley was damaged. The luggage compartment should be handled with more care, as passengers trust the bus staff with their belongings during the journey. This was quite disappointing and inconvenient, especially since the damage occurred while the bag was under the bus’s responsibility.

A truly terrible experience. The bus arrived an hour and a half late. About 22 ticketless passengers were accommodated in the cabin area and the space between the seats. To make matters worse, I was made to get off 30 kilometers before my actual dropping point and was transferred to the cabin of another bus. It was a very frustrating journey. Live location tracking also not working.

All seats torn out. Not covered with blanket or bedsheet. Staff did not support this and said owner is responsible for this.
