1. No live tracking was available. 2. Bus late at boarding point by 50 mins. 3. Bus went to Ratnagiri and then again from the same route to Ganpatipule. 4. It's 9 am now yet not reached the destination. 5. My whole schedule got delayed due to all this. 6. At 7 am the time was given to reach the destination yet not reached.

Dear staff team, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by staff and the bus operator. This was my first experience with such poor service. Please find my concerns below: 1. The bus operator was changed from staff to staff, but no timely notification was provided to us. 2. The scheduled drop-off time was 5:20 AM, but we were dropped at around 8:30 AM, causing significant inconvenience. 3. The agreed drop-off location was Santacruz Milan Subway, but the driver dropped us at Khar despite several reminders to the driver and his colleagues. 4. We did not receive any travel updates from staff or the operator, such as the bus number or driver's contact number. 5. Live tracking was not working in the during the journey. 6. The driver did not provide a proper halt during the night for passengers to use the washroom. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I requested staff to look into these issues seriously and take appropriate action against the concerned operator. Kindly provide a proper response and resolution to my complaint. Regards, staff.

Very poor service and coordination. The actual bus was operating with no prior notification from the operator. We were waiting at the pickup point, while the bus stopped away from the designated pickup location. We had a patient passenger with us, which made the situation even more inconvenient. There was no proper communication, tracking, or customer support. The operator should ensure that the actual bus details and service quality match what is shown at the time of booking. If proper service cannot be provided, charging a high ticket price is not justified.
