The app showed a stop at Esplanade in Kolkata, but the bus never arrived there. Neither the driver nor the bus operators could provide the exact location of the bus, and the location-tracking feature wasn't working. Furthermore, the bus's air conditioning and charging points were not functional. The bus did not depart on time, and it is still 150 km away from the destination, even though the scheduled arrival time was 9 o'clock.

Not expecting with this service, this trip was not as good as I was expecting. Because I have travelled with the same bus service provider, but this bus was not good. They turned the AC off and on during the night, and the seat comfort was not good.

I have travelled through Red Bus many times before. Water bottle, medicine and chips and facilities are also good. In this bus, even the well was not good. It came late and I did not like its service.

Dear Team Good Morning Overhaul traveling in kashmire gate Harraiya Distinction Staff behavior, Cleaning, Live tracking, Seat overall Wonderful. But Toilet issue concern only this not write only Ladies in Emergency mail passengers what doing & Toilet Door write only Ladies . I'm Not Satisfied Booking time ticket show in Toilet transport then book ticket. Team your Request please Look in all passengers see one Eyes no consider male or female female. Thanks,& Regards.
