Hectic journey. The bus was at 8:30 but it reached only at 10. There was no helper for the driver. They did not call us or inform us about the delay. They also did not stop the bus at the correct place. They said it would reach our place at 8:00 AM, but we reached at 2:00 PM.

Bus boarding time was 8:45pm and it came around 11pm and it was supposed to reach by 7:30 in Malappuram but it arrived at 12:30. I don't recommend this travel as they don't have punctuality.

Bus arrived 2 hours late and we reached destination with a delay of 6 and a half hours. It was a terrible journey with kids. No rest stops in between. The bus was expected to reach by 8 am but arrived by 2.45 pm with no food stops. Only one driver was there and no other staff. Pillow covers were very bad and there was no comfort at all. Even though the bus reached late, they stopped tracking and marked the journey as completed by 8 am sharp. That was even more terrible.

Bus 2 hours delayed. No amenities served. Harsh driving. Worst bus tour company ever. Not recommended to anyone.

Dear support team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my journey from Chennai to Calicut with bus operator, booked through service provider. The scheduled arrival time in Calicut was 8:10 AM. However, at 11:00 AM, the bus was still at Mannarkkad, causing a significant delay and considerable inconvenience. This delay has disrupted my travel plans and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I request you to intervene immediately, provide the reason for this delay, and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please register my complaint and provide an immediate response.

The bus was supposed to reach the destination around 9 but it is showing that the bus will only reach around 2 pm. Almost a day is lost on this travelling.
