It was terrible plus arrogant manager who speak like a. No blanket. No ac. Seating seat length was about 4.9 ft this was extra leg room no sleeper. No hygiene. Food seller running inside bus just like train general coach. Unnecessary waiting.

Extremely disappointing and irresponsible service! While travelling from Narshi to Pune, my luggage was lost/stolen in the presence of the driver and cleaner. When I contacted the bus owner for assistance, instead of helping, he behaved very arrogantly and clearly stated that it was "not his responsibility." The complete lack of concern, accountability, and customer support was shocking. Passengers trust a travel service with their belongings, but this operator showed no interest in resolving the issue or even investigating what happened. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing this bus service. If something goes wrong during your journey, don't expect any support or responsibility from the management.
