The hygiene and cleanliness were not properly maintained. The curtains were in very poor condition and were completely torn. The bedsheet was also not clean and had an unpleasant smell, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night. Please look into this issue and ensure proper hygiene and maintenance. I will never use this for booking.

No liquor policy message delivered as soon as I booked seat. But staff seems to be drunk, not driver but other staff. There is a difference between images shown and actual images. No blankets provided. Not travelling on this bus again.

I recently travelled on this bus and had a very uncomfortable experience. The AC was repeatedly switched on and off by the driver, which made the journey extremely uncomfortable and caused a feeling of claustrophobia. This is a serious concern, especially on a long journey. Also, the bus shown in the pictures appeared clean and well-maintained, but the actual bus was not clean and did not match what was shown. The overall condition was uncomfortable and disappointing. I request the bus operator to take passenger comfort seriously, maintain the buses properly, and ensure that the AC and ventilation are operated appropriately throughout the journey.
