The bus was 4 hours late. There were no facilities in the bus. No curtains in the bus. There was no space to walk as bus staff filled the space with big boxes. No cleanliness in the bus.

Everything is pathetic. Unhygienic and carrying lot of local passengers, lying on floor. I have raised a ticket for refund. It is almost 10 hours late. Feeling frustrated and humiliated. I couldn’t attend meeting and missed client. It’s reviews and service need proper attention so that they don’t misguide and create hope on the name of journey. It is the worst journey ever had.

Very bad experience. Bus was dirty, smelly, uncomfortable hard berths. Overcrowded, rash driving, rude staff. AC not working properly, no cleanliness. Couldn't sleep whole night. Money wasted. Never again.

2 hour delay. There are fewer passengers and more luggage. I am not happy.
