I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the bus service booked. The bus appears to have been approved without proper inspection or audit, and the overall condition and arrangements have made the entire journey extremely uncomfortable. The bus does not appear to be suitable for passenger transportation and seems more like a loading vehicle than a passenger bus. This raises serious concerns about passenger comfort, safety and the quality of your verification process. It is also concerning that a bus in such condition has received approval. This raises questions about the transparency and credibility of the inspection and approval process. I request you to: Investigate how this bus was approved without proper inspection. Review the bus operator's compliance with passenger safety and service standards. Take appropriate action and provide a satisfactory resolution for this poor experience. I expect a proper investigation and a response explaining how such a bus was permitted to operate.

Poor experience and delay time.

Bus delayed, also stopping multiple times, and I'm rating now while still in bus. I haven't reached yet, so poor.

Extremely Rude Staff and Pathetic Bus Service The worst part of this journey was the staff's extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful behaviour. The staff had absolutely no sense of how to communicate with passengers and behaved as if they were doing us a favour by providing the service. Instead of helping passengers, their attitude was arrogant, uncooperative, and completely unacceptable. Passengers deserve basic respect and courtesy, but the staff failed to provide even that. Their behaviour made the entire journey stressful and unpleasant. On top of this, the bus was in terrible condition and poorly maintained, making the overall experience even worse. I am extremely disappointed with this service. The staff's behaviour was the biggest problem and needs immediate attention from management. No passenger should have to tolerate such disrespectful treatment after paying for a service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this bus.

They do not use the bus for passengers. They use the bus as cargo. Drop time is 7:50 am and 10:51 am. In the bus, it will take another 30 minutes.
