Driver kept playing live music the entire night. Could not sleep at all. Requested once to turn it down, so he did, but increased the volume again 10 minutes later. Rest stop was way too dirty and smelly. Food was terrible too, and that was the only stop driver stopped at. Pathetic. Don't bother with this. Choose a different company.

The bus window kept making noise the entire night. I couldn't sleep properly at all. It felt like I was traveling in a government bus, not a luxury bus. When I felt thirsty and asked for water a second time, the staff said they only provide water once. The biggest issue: The bus did not go to the dropping point I had selected. Instead, they dropped me at Akshardham Mandir. I had other cheaper bus options available, but I chose this one only because it showed the dropping point as Zero Point, Gautam Buddha Nagar. I had to get down there due to office work. Very poor service.
