Read carefully. Bring your own blanket and small pillow. Don't expect support via calls from them. Seats are small for long person. If you are travelling alone then you may get uncomfortable because seats are small and no gap between seats. No hygiene at rest stop and no proper food, better bring your own snacks. Jai Mata Di has better seats but their rest stop and timing are worst, even they change bus sometimes between the journey. No punctuality. If you have train in Siliguri or Gorakhpur early morning then never hope you can reach on time. Choose train, last option is bus. To tourists going Sikkim, Darjeeling, be careful and check bus first. Prefer train. Thank you.
