All good but it would be better if you customise the dropping points like it goes from Bodi to Cumbum but we don't have any options in the dropping points of the in-between stop which makes it a bit inconvenient.

I had good experience with this. Initially I felt bad as driver number was not picking up the call and they were a bit delayed by 20 minutes. But once it started, driving was safe and speedy. No sudden braking.

Bus delayed 46 minutes for boarding and 2 hours delay for reaching the destination.

Could not travel. poor service.. didn't wait for 2 minutes.

Reached destination half an hour late. Everything else was fine.

Charging port is not working and when i ask the behavior is not good.

Extremely disappointing experience! We reached the pickup point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, only to be told that the bus was already an hour late. There were no proper updates, and I had to call them myself to find out when the bus would arrive. They told me it would reach in 10 minutes, so we rushed back from a nearby shop. Later, they blamed us for not arriving on time, even though I was the one who called them, and if I hadn't called, we wouldn't even have known the bus was approaching! They even left without us and the driver was extremely rude when I tried to explain. We eventually managed to board after repeatedly requesting them to stop. To make matters worse, they refused to drop us at the destination selected during booking and dropped us at a different stop half an hour away. This entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect a refund and a formal apology for the inconvenience caused by the operator's own mistakes.
