The travel route was unexpectedly diverted, and the live tracking stopped working during the trip, making it difficult to know the bus location. The driver called me to reach the expressway pickup point about 1.5 hours earlier than the scheduled time, which was approximately 35 km away from my location. This was highly inconvenient and was not communicated properly in advance. Additionally, there was no proper communication from the driver, and repeated calls to him went unanswered. The lack of coordination and customer support caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Seats are very dirty no hygiene at all worst experience ever. Additionally, charging point not working till 7 so they have charging slot from 7 to 11. Furthermore they have 30 mints halt for dinner. Worst experience ever i need my money back how can rebus allowed booking that kind of service without checking anything also all the drivers are drunk
