10.50 pm scheduled reservation was transferred to 8.50 pm alternative bus. The alternative bus was old and in poor condition. It had dirty sheets and dusty, torn pillows. There was no cleanliness in the sleeper. No drinking water facility was provided by the operator. On complaining to the staff, their behaviour was rude and neglectful. The air conditioner was off. After many passengers complained, the driver started the AC but kept turning it off repeatedly. The bus was in such poor condition that it broke down near Urga and was operable only after one hour. It would be better if the operator stopped running it. If they cannot provide facilities after charging the fixed fare, why operate such a bus? I will try not to travel with this bus operator in the future.
