Staff behaviour is good, but the AC did not work. The bus was changed. I booked lower berth, but was given upper berth. Blankets were also not given to us.

Worst ever bus experience. The seat is not long enough to adjust me, and water from the AC is continuously pouring on me with no solution.

Bed and interior was not hygienic. Wires were out and uncovered. No charging facility. Bed was not cleaned. Bad smell from interior. I won't travel next time.
