One of the worst services. This bus won't deserve xxx per seat. Just delist this. People are sleeping in gangway. Complete gangway is filled with 20 people. This is fraud to your customers. I won't book buses, believing your ratings.

This was by far the worst journey I've ever had from Pune to Bangla (Basavakalyan). The bus arrived more than an hour late at the boarding point, which was extremely frustrating. The bus itself smelled terrible, making the entire journey very uncomfortable. On top of that, the hygiene and cleanliness were poor, and the overall environment inside the bus was unpleasant. To make matters worse, one passenger was openly smoking a beedi inside the bus, and no action was taken by the staff. Several passengers were also sleeping in the aisle, blocking the passage and creating concerns. If there were a negative rating option, I would definitely give this service a negative rating. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The operator seriously needs to improve punctuality, cleanliness, passenger safety, and enforce basic travel rules.

Not on time. Please do not travel in this service. Experience is very bad while travelling. For those who are staying in Navi Mumbai, it will be average.
