Very poor or extremely poor at timings. They don't care about customers. Travellers just get useless excuses on bus delay, that too at midnight 12:00, saying traffic. And they don't have a proper working live tracking also. Tried on multiple phones, but they don't give directions either. Better be safe while traveling.

It's a terrible journey with this travel. I'll never ever book tickets again with this. Yesterday night, I gave a complaint about this. Don't book your tickets with Sudheer Travels. 1. Beds and bedsheets are too dirty. 2. Curtains are not there. I raised a complaint, even though they didn't provide for girls. There is no security. 3. You will not reach the destination on time. 4. My pick point is a different place in the app when I booked the ticket, but they asked me to get into the bus at some other location.

They totally damaged my trolley bag and the items within it. There are scratches all over my bag and the handle is broken. The bag was brand new.

The behaviour of the bus staff was very, very, very rude. They were literally treating us as if they were running a free bus service and doing some kind of favour to all of us just because one passenger forgot her specs on the seat and she was shouted at. I have travelled with many bus companies under various travels, but never got this kind of behaviour from any of the staff. This was my worst experience and I would not ask anyone to travel from Puttaparthi to Hyderabad.
