The timing is not being followed properly. My scheduled pickup time is 10:50 pm, but the bus arrived only at 11:40 pm, which is a 50-minute delay. Also, the drop timing is too late, and I reached my drop point only at 7:00 am. Kindly check and take the necessary action to ensure the scheduled timings are followed properly.

Bus 1 hour delay to reach destination. Then driver did not stop at dropping point. Like my dropping point is Pattukottai Old Bus Stand, but he stopped at previous stop Manikuddu. Actually, passenger is abroad returning. He didn't have India network SIM card. He struggled to contact home. Then he always carried luggage also.

That bus picked up 30 minutes late so I am very disappointed and I was alone waiting for minutes. Very worst behaviour.

Worst trip I have ever gone. The curtains were dirty the AC was not working properly. The driving was very rash. The couch was dirty not even cleaned. The blankets were not washed properly. On the whole, the trip was the worst. Waste of money. Will never recommend even for my enemy.
