Everything in this bus was worst. The bus broke down in the outer skirts of Chennai. They did not arrange an alternate bus.

Very, very waste. Bus night, pick up delay. Driver did not stop for washroom or shop. Seat not comfortable. Blanket not washed. Blood bad smell. Please, another customer, do not book this bus.

Dealing with bad timing, inaccurate tracking, a mismatch between the app and the actual boarding point, and then on top of all that, a rash driver—it’s completely understandable why you're frustrated. Nobody wants to deal with that kind of stress on a trip.

If there was one showcase for bad and failed travel, we could showcase this bus and today’s ride. Charged XXXX for what was not even worth XXXX. This was peak pricing and fraudulently charged, no photos were shared and charged. Driving was bad. If you needed to visit an ortho doctor, you should go for this bus. Now it was 9.15 AM the bus broke down 2 hours before final drop and now asking people to figure on their own. The platform said it would refund less than a quarter, while it was escalated now. The operator said payment was done to the platform. Pathetic experience.

No punctuality. Boarding time was 3:30 but the bus arrived at 4:30. I reached the destination by 2 pm, which was a 3-hour delay.
